1. There is no return policy on Crysolite.co. However, in some cases where we are responsible for your order concerns, return request might be processed.

2. Returns and Refunds aren't applicable on makeup products.

3. We are not responsible for any damage occurred during the transit. We take the utmost care while packaging your products hence there should not be any damage concerns.

4. Cancellation of order will only be accepted until 24 hours after sending the confirmation mail.

5. Refunds are applicable only if the concern of the customer is genuine.

6. Apparel can be exchanged. If concerned size or variant is unavailable, refund will be processed.
